If you only saw this moment, you’d probably think it happened quickly.

Nine years ago in 2017, when I moved to Ireland, I never imagined my art would one day end up on shelves in a museum gift shop.

In 2019, I started teaching myself freehand dot mandala art. No grids, no guide lines, just one dot at a time.

In 2023, I created my Irish landmarks Dot mandala series. It started as an idea I genuinely loved creating, without knowing where it would lead.

And now in 2026, seeing my prints and cards stocked in the gift shop of the @maritimemuseumofireland feels surreal.

Moments like this look small and simple from the outside. But behind them are years of creating, learning, trying, doubting, continuing, and showing up even when nobody is watching.

This is your reminder that not everything happens overnight. Some dreams take time to brew before they become real ❤️

We spend so much of our day consuming, scrolling, rushing, and thinking… that we rarely give ourselves time to simply create.

In Ireland, going into the sea, even when it is very cold, feels like a small ritual. It wakes you up, clears your mind, and makes you feel alive.

Deep Dive is inspired by that moment when your feet touch the cold water, you take a deep breath, and slowly your body starts to settle. After the initial shock, there is a calm that takes over, and everything else fades away.

This painting is about that feeling. The quiet, the stillness, and being fully present in that moment. It is like stepping into a different world, even if it is just for a few minutes.

This became very personal to me when I took my first cold dip on New Year’s Day. That feeling stayed with me, and it naturally became part of this piece.

Deep Dive is an invitation to pause, slow down, and connect with that calm whenever you need it.
